• 5+ years assessing project and product privacy risks and recommending mitigating controls.
• 5+ years of privacy framework experience including HIPAA and GDPR.
• 5+ years creating privacy assessment templates and administering privacy assessments with project and product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Familiarity with security and privacy standards such as SOC, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and EU AI Act.

• Work across Apple Pay product lines to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Participate in discussions on the technical design and implementation of new privacy requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes against privacy requirements and architect necessary changes.
• Develop relationships and work effectively with different teams at all levels regarding technical, policy, and business concerns.
• Administer privacy assessments and create templates for project and product teams.
