- Experience with Signal/Power Integrity checks including Electromigration, Static IR, and Dynamic Voltage drop checks.
- Familiarity with global power integrity tools such as Redhawk and Voltus.
- Knowledge of on-die high frequency power delivery and off-die concepts.
- Experience with bump planning and redistribution layer routing strategies.
- Understanding of ASIC integration including Floorplanning and I/O planning.
- Background with large SoC designs exceeding 20M gates and frequencies over 1GHz.
- Experience with global timing verification and Physical Design Verification Flows.
Responsibilities
- Design power grid specifications to balance power integrity targets and PNR performance.
- Define on-die power switch topology, wake-up schemes, and in-rush control.
- Collaborate with internal teams on bump map, custom RDL routing, and package design.
- Develop test structures, procedures, automation, and methodologies for electrical analysis.
- Perform Power Integrity, EM, and ESD analysis while recommending design solutions.
