• 8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products
• Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
• Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence
• BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent
• Bilingual, fluent in both Chinese and English
• Master's or PhD degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, other Quantitative Sciences, or related field and equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space

• Drive consensus via a data-driven approach among cross-functional organizations
• Work with top tier data scientists, engineers, software teams, security, legal, privacy, and other product teams across Apple
• Ensure the delivery of high quality GenAI powered experiences in China
• Orchestrate the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations
• Analyze and draw conclusions about the quality and product opportunity from raw and refined product data
• Enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
