The IS&T Retail Engineering Programs team at Apple is seeking a Cross Functional Test Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and improvement of end-to-end integration testing processes. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills who can effectively lead testing efforts across multiple retail projects. The candidate will establish QA standards and collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality product releases. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting risks and mitigations to Senior Management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong experience developing and implementing test plans, QA processes, and methodologies
• Strong experience performing manual and automation testing
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools
• Strong experience in test data and environment setup for end-to-end testing
• 5+ years of experience leading a team as QA Lead
• Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills

• Lead testing efforts for multiple cross-functional retail projects with concurrent timelines
• Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches for the projects and testing team
• Coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activities
• Participate in the development and execution of test processes, strategies, and plans
• Work with the Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles with the goal of 100% automation
• Collaborate with business partners, technical project development teams, and project managers to implement test plans
