In this role at Apple, you will be a CPU Top-Level Design Verification Engineer responsible for the verification methodology, tools, and flow of a high-performance lower power processor design. You will work closely with verification engineers and RTL designers to define effective verification methodologies. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, including processor design and memory systems.
• Experience creating efficient, synthesizable RTL code with knowledge of timing closure and power-aware design techniques.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, including advanced features like interfaces and assertions.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python for automation and tool development.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex hardware design challenges.
• Experience with build systems and maintaining verification infrastructure.
