The Data Center Construction Project Manager at Apple will oversee the development of innovative and energy-efficient data centers. • 8+ years of demonstrated ability as a data center construction project manager.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Strong background in data center, commercial, or industrial construction.
• Skilled in reading design and construction drawings for all fields.
• Experience with utility infrastructure and coordination of local utilities.

• Lead and support architects, engineers, and specialty consultants from initial programming to construction completion.
• Manage and oversee commissioning agents and review sequence of operations and test scripts.
• Build and maintain the project budget, including securing internal approvals for capital funding.
• Review all proposals and change order requests from consultants, general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Meet with internal strategic engineering groups to determine detailed project requirements.
