• Previous experience in program management and mechanical/electrical engineering delivering products comprised of multiple materials.
• Experience leading product development in highly dynamic and ambiguous work environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Ability to anticipate functional direction and roadblocks.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• BSME/SE/EE degree or equivalent; MS degree preferred.

• Drive the program through the entire development process.
• Create and maintain streamlined schedules.
• Manage manufacturing and assembly upstream and at the contract manufacturer.
• Present multiple levels of status updates to organizational leaders and executives.
• Engage with manufacturers on DFM, FAI/CPK, QC, and production timelines.
• Establish a daily build plan and provide clear direction to meet program objectives.
