Job description

The Vision Products Group is looking for a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and integrate systems software for high-performance, energy-efficient vision products. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including SoC architects and operating systems teams, to create software that emphasizes performance, power efficiency, security, and privacy. The engineer will tackle complex systems software challenges and contribute to the development of low-level software and frameworks. A strong focus on innovative solutions and cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven systems software experience.
  • Proficiency in C/C++.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and embedded software development fundamentals.
  • Good working knowledge of the ARM architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI coding tools.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate systems software for intelligent vision products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence hardware design and utilize existing hardware.
  • Build and maintain kernel drivers, runtime libraries, and frameworks.
