• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in programming with Python and C.
• Knowledgeable about the hardware/firmware development life cycle.
• Experience with test bringup on FPGA and SoC silicon hardware.
• Familiarity with CI processes and automation test framework development tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with various wireless technologies such as WiFi, Bluetooth, and UWB.
• Experience in firmware/software white box testing, including test plan design and documentation.
• Understanding of embedded software fundamentals and low-level hardware interfaces.
• Strong fundamentals in wireless, PHY, radio, and RF.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop test automation and execute firmware test cases for SoC in wireless applications.
• Collaborate with the Software Engineering team to ensure high quality of firmware.
• Spearhead quality processes to prevent regressions.
• Act as the quality champion within the organization.
• Work with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
