Job description

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience using metrology equipment and technical writing for test programs.
  • 1 year of experience utilizing statistical data analysis tools such as Tableau, JMP, or Matlab.
  • 1 year of experience in reliability engineering and design test programs.
  • 1 year of experience in material analysis related to design efficacy.
  • 1 year of experience utilizing electromechanical automation for data acquisition.
  • 1 year of experience in consumer goods or commercial engineering systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate packaging designs for future products.
  • Run physical testing of packaging and consumer electronics.
  • Correlate math models to physical tests to improve future simulations.
  • Provide guidance for domestic and international engineering services.
  • Develop hardware and software test guidelines for analytics collection.
  • Create measurements and failure analysis metrics to benchmark designs.
  • Collaborate with project teams on materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Build positive relationships with supplier teams to execute validation plans.
  • Statistically analyze data to provide risk assessments and recommendations.
