- BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Signal/Power Integrity checks including Electromigration, Static IR, and Dynamic Voltage drop checks
- Experience with global power integrity tools such as Redhawk and Voltus
- Experience in planning, implementing, and analyzing power delivery networks
- Experience designing power delivery schemes with power switches
- Familiarity with ASIC integration including Floorplanning and Clock and Power distribution
- Background with large SoC designs exceeding 20M gates with frequencies over 1GHz
- Experience with global timing verification and SPICE simulation/analysis
Responsibilities
- Realize complete electrical analysis closure from early design planning to tapeout
- Design power grid specifications to balance power integrity targets and PNR performance
- Define on-die power switch topology, wake-up schemes, and in-rush control
- Collaborate with internal teams on bump map, custom RDL routing, and package design
- Develop test structures, procedures, automation, and analysis methodologies for electrical challenges
- Perform Power Integrity, EM, and ESD analysis, and recommend design solutions
