Job description
As a WSoC integration and validation engineer, you will focus on the integration and optimization of physical layer components in wireless communication systems. Your role will involve chip-level bring-up and the implementation of Digital Signal Processing algorithms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance and reliability of wireless connectivity solutions. This position requires extensive experience in wireless communications and a solid understanding of DSP concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in wireless communications with a focus on PHY layer design and integration.
- Solid understanding of DSP concepts and experience with real-time DSP algorithm implementation.
- Experience with chip-level bring-up and hardware debugging techniques.
- Experience with PHY/RF/MAC verification.
- Experience in RF parametric testing such as EVM, ACPR, Rx sensitivity, and blocker testing.
- Familiarity with lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and DMMs.
- Python programming skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of wireless protocols such as Bluetooth, WLAN, and UWB.
