• 7+ years of experience with a modern object-oriented language such as Ruby, Python, Go, Java, Javascript, Swift, or Objective-C
• 7+ years of experience with one or more web frameworks such as Rails, Django, Spring, or ReactJS
• Experience mentoring other software engineers
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience writing automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests, and using continuous integration systems
• Comfort with macOS, Linux, or other Unix-based operating systems
