Job description
As a WSoC integration and validation engineer, you will focus on the integration and optimization of physical layer components in wireless communication systems. This role involves chip-level bring-up and the implementation of Digital Signal Processing algorithms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance, compliance, and reliability of wireless connectivity solutions. Your expertise in wireless communications and DSP will be crucial for the success of the projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in wireless communications with a focus on PHY layer design and integration.
- Solid understanding of DSP concepts and experience with implementing DSP algorithms in real-time systems.
- Experience with chip-level bring-up and hardware debugging techniques.
- Experience with PHY/RF/MAC Verification.
- Experience of RF parametric testing such as EVM, ACPR, Rx sensitivity, and blocker testing.
- Familiarity with lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and DMMs.
- Python programming skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of wireless protocols such as Bluetooth, WLAN, and UWB.
- Verification skills in problem solving, constrained random testing, and debugging.
