Requirements
- 10+ years of experience applying and leading teams that apply advanced statistical and machine learning methods.
- PhD or MS in AI, ML, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience developing and leading teams who develop in Python or Java.
- Practical understanding of the mathematics behind modern machine learning, linear algebra, and statistics.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and scripting languages.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and development of inference models for ad interactions.
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to execute a forward-looking roadmap.
- Manage the performance of the team and drive its outcomes.
