The Senior Program Manager will lead a large cross-functional project aimed at enhancing the experience for over 1 billion Apple customers. This role focuses on delivering search products and world knowledge answering features using innovative technologies, particularly in AI and deep learning. The program manager will work closely with engineers to apply groundbreaking AI technologies, including Large Language Models, to create new user experiences. The position requires strong leadership and program management skills to navigate complex projects and timelines.

• 4+ years of experience in driving large scale programs building consumer facing software products
• Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
• Strong ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage comprehensive project status updates
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and equivalent experience
• 8+ years experience in delivery search and generative answer quality improvements is a plus
• Strong ability to deal with ambiguities and drive disambiguation and clarities
• Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs
