• Experience leading and supporting architects, engineers, and specialty consultants from programming to construction completion.
• Proficient in reading design and construction drawings for all fields.

• Handle all aspects of development for data centers, ensuring innovative and energy-efficient designs.
• Coordinate closely with project partners from various teams to bring projects to fruition.
• Lead multiple projects, including equipment upgrades and modifications within live data center environments.
• Build and maintain project budgets, securing internal approvals for capital funding.
• Review proposals and change order requests, preparing comparative cost analysis.
