Job description
The Wireless SoC Radio Team focuses on designing highly energy efficient CMOS radios, covering a range of RF, analog, and mixed-signal blocks. As an RFIC Layout Engineer, you will play a crucial role in researching and designing next-generation wireless technologies for high-volume production. This position requires expertise in advanced CMOS technology nodes and custom RF/analog layout. You will work closely with a team dedicated to delivering innovative wireless solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with FinFet technology.
- Extensive knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS.
- Proficiency in CADENCE layout tools.
- Scripting skills in PERL or SKILL.
Responsibilities
- Research and design custom RF/analog layouts for radio transceivers.
- Ensure device matching, minimize parasitics, and implement RF shielding.
- Interpret CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS in FinFet technology.
- Understand and apply advanced process effects such as LOD and WPE.
- Collaborate with team members to bring wireless technologies into production.
