Job description

Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building scalable systems and frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience taking LLM or agentic systems from prototype to production.
- Deep fluency in the modern AI stack.
- Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language such as Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
- Hands-on fluency with modern LLM and agent frameworks, vector databases, and agentic architectures.
- Experience with the data infrastructure ecosystem and SQL engines.
- MS or BS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and operate production-grade AI products composed of LLMs and foundation models.
- Diagnose production issues related to models, data, and retrieval.
- Implement production discipline for AI systems including evaluation harnesses and telemetry.
- Communicate clearly across cross-functional teams to influence product strategy.
- Evangelize AI engineering practices through workshops and mentorship.
- Build AI capabilities that integrate with existing data infrastructure.
- Customize models and prompts at scale for domain-specific tasks.
- Leverage cloud computing platforms and stream-processing systems for real-time applications.
