Apple is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the performance and availability of core backend services across various applications including News, Stocks, Weather, and Books. • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration systems.
• Expert knowledge of the 4 Golden Signals: Latency, Traffic, Errors, and Saturation.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Experience leading incident response and performing Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Specialized experience with Solr or Elasticsearch.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Load Balancing.
