Job description
As a Radio Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting, implementing, and verifying analog megacells for wireless SoCs. You will work within the wireless RFIC team, focusing on integrating advanced wireless technologies into Apple products. This position involves collaboration with various product development groups to enhance the user experience through innovative wireless solutions. Your expertise will help push the boundaries of wireless systems and contribute to the development of next-generation products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with integration flows and challenges in analog circuits following digital-on-top flow.
- Direct tape out experience with wireless receivers, transmitters, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and custom digital circuits.
- Familiarity with timing analysis of analog to digital interfaces and STA tools like Nanotime and Primetime.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in RF and mixed signal circuit design.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement full analog megacells for wireless SoCs.
- Verify all facets of the analog megacell before delivery to the SoC team.
- Collaborate with the wireless RFIC team to integrate state-of-the-art wireless technologies.
- Engage with product development groups to enhance the product experience.
- Utilize digital tools for RTL, FE-STA, PnR, and PTPX flows.
- Employ modeling, coding, and design verification tools and methodologies.
