• 7+ years of experience performing reliability testing including Mechanical Stress tests, Environmental & Fatigue testing, and experience in Failure Analysis techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Materials, Optical, Industrial or similar.
• Master's or PhD in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Materials, Optical, Industrial or similar.
• Strong understanding of the physics behind material properties and failure analysis methodology.
• Knowledge of reliability models, accelerated test models, and industry test standards.
• Deep understanding of Design of Experiments and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
• Strong statistical and data analytics skills.

• Guide development and operations teams toward generating reliable designs for new technology components.

• Use engineering knowledge to find the best path towards mitigation before ramp.
