• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Working knowledge of wireless systems and hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization.

• Strong understanding of Bluetooth MAC layer protocol.
• Experience in crafting signal processing and wireless communications systems.
• Knowledge of existing wireless communication protocols, such as Bluetooth/BLE.
• Experience with modem architecture and microprocessor architecture.
• Experience in SoC design and validation to support wireless communication systems.
• Experience with low-power algorithm design for power-critical applications.
• Experience with multi-radio coexistence management.
• Experience and knowledge of High-Level Synthesis (HLS), silicon prototyping, emulation systems, and virtual platforms.
• Experience with network simulators such as OPNET, NS2, or NS3.
