Job description

Join Apple's Identity Management Services team as a Product Manager, where you will shape the future of enterprise access management. This role focuses on ensuring that the right people have access to the right resources at the right time, while balancing security and user experience. You will tackle challenges related to access governance and privilege management, directly influencing how Apple protects its valuable assets. Your expertise will guide the development of access management products and platforms at a massive scale.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Product/Program Management with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong working knowledge of authorization models, authentication protocols, and Zero Trust architecture principles.
  • Experience with cloud identity platforms and familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing access management.
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and identity standards, with the ability to collaborate with security and engineering teams.
  • Ability to apply Gen AI and data science tools in access and authorization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and vision for access management products and platforms.
  • Define how Apple employees and partners securely access critical systems.
  • Communicate product roadmaps, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze access patterns, authentication metrics, and security signals to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with industry forums to translate emerging trends into actionable product direction.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
