The role involves joining the ETS Insight team to build a data platform that supports Apple's global manufacturing operations. As a product manager, you will define the vision and roadmap for data platforms while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and manufacturing experts. The focus is on transforming complex manufacturing challenges into effective tools that enhance operational excellence across Apple's supply chain. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to drive product decisions and align stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to present product strategy and rationale to stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional partners
- Experience gathering and synthesizing user feedback to inform product direction
- Experience influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics tools, or supply chain systems
- Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools such as Tableau or Observable
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data manipulation tools like SQL, Python pandas, or R
- Experience in the manufacturing domain
