• Experience working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional partners
• Experience gathering and synthesizing user feedback to inform product direction

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics tools, or supply chain systems
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools such as Tableau or Observable
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data manipulation tools like SQL, Python pandas, or R
• Experience in the manufacturing domain
