The Senior Computer Vision & Machine Learning Engineer will join Apple's Creativity Apps team to innovate in creative editing tools and generative AI technologies. This role involves collaborating with a diverse group of creatives, designers, and engineers to push the boundaries of computational photography and multi-modal image editing. The position is highly impactful and requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in machine learning and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field.
• 5+ years of significant industry experience delivering products using computational photography and machine learning technologies.
• Extensive knowledge in machine learning and deep learning techniques, particularly diffusion models, variational auto-encoders, and transformers.
• Strong programming skills in high-level languages like Python and familiarity with deep learning toolkits such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience delivering customer-facing products with computer vision, computational photography, or generative AI features.

• Collaborate effectively across organizations and drive alignment in large cross-functional projects.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy diffusion, transformer, and Generative Adversarial Network based models.
