The manager will contribute to product strategy while ensuring the team operates efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working with cutting-edge technology to help customers manage their private cloud infrastructure effectively.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Design, guide, and vet systems designs within the broader area and write product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
• Design and develop software systems and tooling to enable customers in an air-gapped environment to manage their private cloud infrastructure efficiently.
• Lead a team and execute multiple projects including refining requirements, technical design, task breakdown, deployment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Work with partner teams to accelerate development and delivery of the platform.
