Job description
The Apple Services Engineering team is looking for a Senior-level Quality Automation Engineer to join the App Store and Games QA group. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience for the Apple Games app, which connects users to their favorite games and friends. The engineer will lead the development of automated test frameworks and collaborate closely with the engineering team throughout the development process. The position requires a strong commitment to quality and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to lead development of feature-driven test automation and tools
- Proficiency in client-server API and UI automation
- Experience working with OS X and iOS platforms and tools like Appium, Selenium, and Rest Assured
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and one of the major OOP languages, such as Swift, C++, or Java
- Solid knowledge in one or more scripting languages like shell, Python, or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration systems
- Outstanding ability to investigate, debug, and triage complicated scenarios
