Apple is seeking a Wireless System Engineer to join their silicon design group, focusing on system integration and the design of radio calibration algorithms. Requirements
- Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree.
- Hands-on experience with chip bringup and tuning wireless transmitter or receiver chains for optimal performance.
- Familiarity with calibration algorithms.
- Basic understanding of communication theory, DSP, OFDM systems, and radio architectures.
- Experience with Python, Matlab, and/or C/C++ implementation.
- Good understanding of communication theory and signal processing algorithms.
- Knowledge of wireless communication protocols like IEEE 802.11 standards or LTE.
- Experience designing algorithms for calibration, pre-equalization, or digital pre-distortion techniques.
- Hands-on experience using wireless test lab equipment.
