Job description

Join the Game Services UI team at Apple to help build the Apple Games app and enhance user-facing gaming features across various platforms. This role focuses on developing new features for Apple Games and Game Center while integrating systems that assist developers. The team is working on a diverse roadmap that includes mobile, indie, and AAA games. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of gaming at Apple through innovative app development.

Requirements

  • In-depth development experience at the application and user interface level with native Apple technologies, including Swift or Objective-C, and UIKit or SwiftUI.
  • Deep understanding of operating systems programming concepts, including concurrency and memory management.
  • Experience working closely with a multi-functional team, handling expectations and delivering work on time.
  • Ability to investigate requirements for projects independently.
  • Solid knowledge of client/server architecture, networking protocols, and synchronization problems.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining public APIs is a plus.
  • Experience with user interface performance debugging is a plus.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
