Job description

Apple is seeking an experienced deployment and readiness leader to manage global rollouts of next-generation loss prevention technologies across resellers. This role involves leading cross-functional planning and execution to ensure high-quality deployments at scale. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including engineering and security, to implement innovative technology solutions in stores and facilities worldwide. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of loss prevention and security technologies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of program or deployment management experience delivering enterprise or retail technology solutions at scale
  • Deep understanding of loss prevention and security technologies, analytics, and access control frameworks
  • Strong familiarity with APIs, including understanding API integration dependencies and testing workflows
  • Experience developing readiness models, deployment frameworks, and operational playbooks
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience with loss prevention program management, deployment, or support
  • Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution for global technology deployments
  • Ensure deployments are delivered at scale with exceptional quality and user experience
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and regional partners
  • Develop readiness models and operational playbooks for technology rollouts
  • Utilize KPIs and performance reporting to measure deployment success
