- Fluency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- Background in microcontrollers, SoCs, or embedded processors.
- Understanding of low-power design and performance optimization.
- Solid foundation in real-time operating systems concepts.
- Deep understanding of data structures and system architecture in an embedded environment.
- Experience using Python for test automation and data analysis.
- Experience in wireless systems and protocols such as LTE/NR/WiFi/Bluetooth.
- Familiarity with key PHY performance metrics.
- Experience with pre-silicon bringup and validation on FPGA and emulation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative wireless silicon for Apple products.
- Engage in pre-silicon validation using simulation, emulation, and FPGA prototyping.
- Participate in post-silicon bringup and performance characterization.
- Integrate systems and debug issues during the silicon production life-cycle.
- Develop SoC test and calibration capabilities for chip, module, and product factories.
Benefits
- Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life.
