Job description

The HWT CAD team is looking for a passionate individual to enhance and support a complex AI application that impacts CAD and design teams. This role involves maintaining automation systems and driving innovation through technology projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure high-quality results. Strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement are essential for this position.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of BS + 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of GenAI models such as LLMs like GPT and BERT
  • Software engineering experience with a focus on modular, object-oriented design
  • Programming skills and hands-on experience in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with dashboards or tools like Splunk is a plus
  • Experience with version control tools like Perforce or Git is a plus

Responsibilities
