Job description

The Staff Data Science Engineer will join the Siri Attention and Invocation team at Apple, focusing on enhancing the intelligence of Siri and Apple products for users. This role involves driving strategic data science initiatives and collaborating on groundbreaking technology that improves human-computer interaction. Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields
  • Expert proficiency in Python and/or R
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestrators like Airflow or Kubeflow
  • Experience deploying models to production environments
