The Platform Engineer will focus on the creation, deployment, and reliability of AI Agents and MCP servers. This role requires a strong background in API and infrastructure, along with experience in deploying and scaling web applications. The team works closely with various engineering disciplines to develop applications that support Apple's manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the latest developments in LLM and GenAI and will collaborate with a talented team to design new features and roadmaps.

• 8+ years of experience in Go, Python, or Typescript.
• 8+ years of experience deploying applications using Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, or related tools.
• 5+ years in a senior role working across the entire web stack.
• 5+ years of experience building robust HTTP APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with deploying services to bare metal and cloud environments.

• Create and maintain AI Agents and MCP servers.
• Participate in the feature design process with the team.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Design Engineers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of deployed applications.
• Travel occasionally to meet with the team for collaboration.
