• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of industry experience
• Experience with Perl/Python and TCL scripting
• Knowledge of CPU architecture and implementation
• Broad understanding of micro-architecture and physical implementation
• Familiarity with CMOS circuit design and analysis

• Analyze and estimate the power impact of new micro-architectural features
• Generate power rollups and projected estimates from initial to mature net lists
• Analyze power contributions to identify recovery opportunities in physical implementation and RTL
• Create power projections considering the cost of convergence and implementation
