• Monitor support quality and ensure process adherence.
• Identify technical improvement areas for teams and individuals for effective support.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement such efforts.
• Attend to production issues timely during on-call assigned time.
• Interact regularly with SAP Support Functional, BASIS, and Security teams.
• Manage issues, perform proactive system monitoring, and handle upgrades and minor enhancements.
