Job description
The role involves planning, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test coverage for hardware and software features at Apple. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to validate functionality, performance, and stability across product areas. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 or more years of experience testing applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with QA methodologies or prior QA experience.
- Confirmed bug detection and bug isolation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills for collaborating across many participating teams.
- 1+ years of experience automating in Swift and/or Python.
- QA experience in AR/VR systems and hardware & software integration products.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and maintain comprehensive test coverage for hardware and software features.
- Author test cases, identify regressions, and drive bugs to resolution through clear reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to validate functionality, performance, and stability.
- Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for software engineering.
- Leverage Generative AI to create and optimize testing products and automation.
