As a GPU Design Integration Engineer in the Silicon Technologies group, you will play a crucial role in designing and manufacturing high-performance, power-efficient GPUs. You will be responsible for integrating various IPs and ensuring that Apple products can handle tasks seamlessly. This position requires collaboration with multiple teams to enhance the front-end design integration process. Your expertise will help craft the technology that powers Apple devices, enabling customers to enjoy their favorite tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10 years of experience.
• Experience with Verilog/System Verilog.
• Proficiency in one of the following scripting languages: Perl, Ruby, or Python.
• Strong understanding of logic design principles.
• Knowledge of PPA optimization techniques, Power Intent (UPF/CPF), CDC, RDC, synthesis, physical design, and STA.
• Experience with RTL analysis and/or PPA optimization using Invio, LEC, and Genus.
• Familiarity with GPU/CPU/SIMD Architecture and micro-architecture.

• Integrate, assemble, partition, transform, and analyze RTL.
• Package, qualify, and deliver front-end design collateral.
• Debug simulation failures and triage logic equivalence failures between designs.
• Ensure implementation readiness with RTL lint, custom checks, unit level synthesis, and clock/reset/power domain crossing checks.
• Develop innovative methods to improve the front-end design integration process.
• Author design integration specification documents.
• Review and sign off specifications for customers and IP providers.
• Collaborate effectively with Architecture, IP, DV, SOC, DFT, and IMPL teams across multiple sites.
