• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Expertise in front-end tools such as Verilog simulators, linters, and clock-domain crossing checkers.
• Experience with synthesis, static timing analysis, and design-for-test (DFT).
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog assertions, checkers, and advanced verification techniques.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl and Python.
• Familiarity with formal verification and low-power design methodologies.
• Experience in hardware-software co-design and system-level optimization.
• Hands-on experience with DSP concepts, RTL algorithm implementation, and hardware optimization techniques.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in GenAI tools for SystemVerilog design and validation.

• Specify and micro-architect digital and signal processing blocks in mixed-signal circuits.
• Perform RTL coding of blocks specified by yourself or others, including DSP algorithm implementation.
• Participate in design verification and bring-up by writing meaningful assertions and debugging code.
• Collaborate with the design verification team to ensure the integrity of designs.
• Contribute to lab bring-up by writing test scripts, analyzing lab data, and proposing experiments.
• Validate signal processing performance of the developed circuits.
