• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in software development
• Excellent programming skills in any programming language, preferably Swift, Objective-C, or C++
• Strong understanding of data structures, memory management, and concurrency
• Skilled at debugging and triaging software defects in multi-threaded environments
• Strong intuition for user experience and ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
• Solid cross-functional collaboration and technical communication skills
• Experience shipping customer-facing features or products to production at scale
• Experience developing for iOS/MacOS and using Apple system frameworks like SwiftUI and ARKit
• Experience building features using LLMs and/or Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience processing sensor data using computer vision or signal processing
• Experience developing personalization features with sensitive data sources
• Experience developing under strict privacy and security constraints
• Experience developing system software or frameworks, including API definition and performance optimization

• Work across the stack to build Apple Intelligence features that enrich people's lives
• Collaborate with design, algorithms, software, services, privacy, security, and hardware teams
• Build UI interfaces and system software using Swift
• Evaluate AI/ML algorithms for on-device integration
