This role is for a Circuits Engineer within a silicon design group focused on creating advanced custom digital megacells for high performance and low power SOCs. The team is responsible for turning imaginative ideas into reality by applying engineering fundamentals and innovative solutions. Engineers will collaborate across various fields to impact product functionality and efficiency. The position offers the opportunity to integrate new ideas and work closely with a dedicated team of engineers.

• BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Design experience in advanced technology nodes
• Experience in designing low voltage and low power custom circuits
• Familiarity with machine learning accelerators, SRAM circuits, non-volatile memories, and other specified areas
• Deep understanding of deep submicron device physics and leakage mechanisms
• Solid understanding of device matching and noise sources
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl

• Develop custom circuits to improve chip power efficiency
• Work with the power team, PD, and architects to define specifications and requirements
• Perform design, analysis, modeling, simulation, and functional verification
• Collaborate closely with the layout team to ensure design quality
• Drive circuit methodology to achieve the highest design quality metrics
• Conduct experiments during silicon debug and analyze data
