  • Expertise in multi-threading, concurrent processing, software performance, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the on-device platform that powers Siri features.

  • Develop an efficient framework that integrates Siri audio and supports run-time execution of various machine learning models.
  • Drive software features across the full development cycle from prototype to production.
  • Conduct experiments aimed at improving Siri invocation and make latency/accuracy trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including silicon, firmware, hardware, and software.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage.
