The SoC Power Integrity Engineer will join the Hardware Technology Group to develop, implement, and verify Power Integrity solutions for SoCs used in Apple devices. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for precision to achieve outstanding results. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to define power delivery networks and ensure the quality of power integrity through lab measurements. The position involves significant responsibility in addressing all SoC droop-related topics.

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Master's or Ph.D. with an academic background in Power/Signal Integrity, Analog Circuit Design, or Electromagnetism.
• Proficiency in Python coding and experience with AI/ML assisted automation.
• Experience in PI/SI methodology development and PDN modeling from system to die.
• Understanding of power supply architecture and low-power design methodologies.

• Model, simulate, and characterize power delivery for die, interposer, package, board, and Voltage Regulator.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design end-to-end power delivery systems.
• Define the PDN architecture and design solution space for the target system.
• Address all SoC droop related topics including on-die inrush and off-die droop budget.
• Verify the quality of power integrity using lab measurements and analysis.
