• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and hyper-converged environments.
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere/ESXi and hands-on experience with other hypervisors including Hyper-V, KVM, and OpenStack.
• Strong proficiency in both Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Experience with vGPU configurations and management.
• Skilled in golden image creation, optimization, and patch management.
• Experience with application virtualization technologies.
• Experience with server hardware management using iLO / iDRAC / ILOM interfaces.
• Understanding of network services and secure remote access tools.
• Solid understanding of storage protocols and familiarity with enterprise storage platforms.
