As an SRAM Circuit Designer in the Digital Custom Group, you will be part of a world-class silicon design team responsible for creating innovative solutions for Apple's flagship products. This role focuses on designing and implementing custom digital circuits for SRAM, working closely with a talented team to optimize architecture and ensure high performance. You will play a critical role in delivering products to market quickly, influencing the design of CPUs, GPUs, and other components. Your contributions will help shape the future of Apple's custom silicon efforts.

• BS degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
• Experience within a SoC design cycle, developing circuits and SRAM/Register File for low power, low voltage, and high performance.
• Knowledge of Cache design/architecture and memory hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of RTL modeling.
• Solid understanding of industry-standard design tools.
• Deep understanding of nanometer device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions with device behavior.
• Ability to devise experiments and analyze data for silicon debug.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms and scripting is a plus.

• Design and implement custom digital circuits for SRAM design.
• Work with a logic/architecture team to formulate design specifications.
• Define architecture and topologies optimizing for power, timing, area, and yield.
• Conduct schematic capture, simulations, analysis, and margin verifications.
• Perform functional equivalency and DFT modeling.
• Collaborate with the layout team to create optimal GDS.
• Verify that extracted GDS meets design specifications.
• Conduct backend verification, including IR and EM analysis.
• Write RTL, validate use-cases, and verify against design schematics.
• Support post-silicon efforts to enable productization.
