This role involves conducting large-scale machine learning and deep learning research to improve Open Domain Question Answering and Summarization. Candidates will work on developing and fine-tuning domain-specific Large Language Models for various NLP tasks. • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in LLM fine-tuning techniques such as Supervised Fine-tuning and Preference-based fine-tuning.
• Experience with deep learning or LLM model development for NLP tasks and RAG applications.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• At least 4 years of experience with large-scale model training, optimization, and deployment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct research and development on state-of-the-art deep learning and large language models.
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate domain-specific Large Language Models for various NLP tasks.
• Conduct applied research to transfer cutting-edge research in generative AI to production-ready technologies.
• Understand product requirements and translate them into modeling and engineering tasks.
