• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, logistics operations, or a related analytical role in a high-volume, complex network
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous operational problems and build analytical models
• Strong experience in headcount modeling, volume forecasting, production/capacity planning, and transportation alignment
• Experience building forecasting models, scenario analyses, and dashboards that support proactive decision-making
• Fluency with analytical tools such as SQL, Python or R, and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong executive communication skills to present assumptions, scenarios, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly
• Experience in automation, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
• Leadership presence to inspire teams and foster collaboration

• Own capacity decisions across AMR distribution centers and transportation networks
• Evaluate BAU and NPI demand signals and analyze trends to translate forecasts into actionable capacity plans
• Develop robust forecasting models, scenario plans, and interactive dashboards to anticipate constraints
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate capacity outlooks, risks, and business impact clearly to senior leadership
• Improve planning quality and speed through automation and process simplification
• Standardize capacity dashboards and leading indicators for decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize network performance
