The SAP SD Global Lead position at Apple is a key role within the IS&T SAP team, focusing on driving test management and execution for various projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams across regions, as well as external partners. This role requires a strong background in SAP SD configuration and development, particularly in the OTC business process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product ownership and possess excellent communication skills to navigate a dynamic work environment.

• 6 years of experience in OTC business process, SAP SD configuration and development
• 6 years of expertise in S/4 HANA
• 6 years of experience in SAP Functional hands-on experience and managing complex cross-functional projects
• At least one full life-cycle implementation of an SAP OTC related project for a global, multi-national corporation
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
• Experience with Pricing Management and E2E Integration with CRM, MM and FICO
• Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity
• Extensive experience working on SD interfaces
• Experience in payment processing including credit cards, loans, wire transfers, and mobile payments
• GenAI experience and Automation tools usage is a plus
• Experience in APO
• Abap code walk-through and debugging skills

• Drive test management and execution for all projects at Apple
• Collaborate with Apple Business, Functional, Technical teams, and external partners across different time zones
• Resolve, recommend, and implement scalable and robust test management solutions
• Follow Apple's software development, test, and project management methodologies and guidelines
• Analyze issues using a logical problem-solving approach
• Manage complex cross-functional projects effectively
