Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Firmware Development for cellular system on chips.
- 3 years of experience in Embedded System Development with digital control architecture.
- 3 years of experience developing cellular RF transceiver firmware using C and C++.
- 3 years of experience developing test frameworks and test cases using Python.
- 3 years of experience in debugging Hardware and Low-Level Software or Firmware for embedded applications.
- 3 years of experience in Wireless Communication Technologies focusing on 4G/5G Cellular communications.
- Knowledge and experience in Radio Frequency Fundamentals and relevant transceiver architecture.
Responsibilities
- Specify, design, and implement RF firmware architecture for mobile wireless communications systems.
- Design, develop, and optimize RF processing algorithms for transceivers and RF components.
- Implement RF device drivers and control software with precise timing requirements.
- Collaborate with RF silicon designers to define RF transceiver architecture and software requirements.
- Optimize power consumption for RF circuitry in cellular systems.
- Work with multi-functional teams to manage dependencies and drive key Radio features.
- Verify implemented firmware and investigate critical RF issues in a cross-functional environment.
